CEP receives Holyoke Community Development Block Grant

CEP has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant from the City of Holyoke that will be used to supplement funding for free Native Language Literacy classes in Spanish for newcomers and immigrants whose formal education was conducted in Spanish in their home countries.  Three levels of classes provide the steps for adult learners to build the academic skills necessary to pass the new High School Equivalency Test (HiSET).  Small class sizes with individualized instruction ensure that motivated learners make progress toward their goals.  Academic and Career advising are available to help students identify potential jobs in careers that pay family sustaining wages and the academic skills required for those jobs.

Contact CEP if you would like help identifying the steps necessary to achieve your educational and career goals.
